Since 1988, HfHCC has built 88 homes and refurbished an additional 7 properties — providing home ownership for a total of 95 families

HfHCC has 2 homes under construction in Coatesville and 3 in West Chester

Community Volunteers contribute more than 25,000 hours of work to HfHCC each year

West Chester - Construction will begin on two additional homes in the Borough of West Chester this spring.  These are part of the Poplar Place development (5 homes).

Coatesville – Habitat volunteers are working on 3 homes on Colina Lane.  These are part of the Cambria Homes, HOPE VI neighborhood, built in partnership with The Housing Authority of the County of Chester and their developer, The Community Builders Inc.  HfHCC will build a total of 22 homes.

Coatesville – Habitat is planning to construct up to 31 homes on a 2 acre site in the Merchant Street/Elm Street area of Coatesville beginning as early as 2009.

Southern Chester County - Habitat is actively searching for lots in the Southern Chester County area.  Please contact us if you are able to assist in these efforts.
