Habitat for Humanity of Chester County (HFHCC) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Development Officer to help lead the next chapter of growth and impact. Partnering closely with the CEO and Board, the CDO will guide a talented development team and advance a culture of philanthropy that fuels affordable housing across Chester County.

 

The ideal candidate brings capital campaign and major gifts experience, a proven track record inspiring a team of professional fundraisers, and a deep understanding of the Chester County Philanthropic Landscape. This is a highly relationship-focused position that combines independence with a strong spirit of collaboration. The CDO works collaboratively with colleagues to align strategies and cultivate donor relationships with a flexible hybrid schedule that balances time in the community, in the office, and on-site as needed.
