Habitat for Humanity of Chester County (HFHCC) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Development Officer to help lead the next chapter of growth and impact. Partnering closely with the CEO and Board, the CDO will guide a talented development team and advance a culture of philanthropy that fuels affordable housing across Chester County.

 

The CDO works primarily in the field, cultivating and stewarding relationships, with one regular in-office day per week and additional time on-site as needed. The ideal candidate brings capital campaign and major gifts experience, a proven track record inspiring a team of professional fundraisers, and a deep understanding of the Chester County philanthropic landscape.
