What is planned giving?

Planned or legacy giving allows you to customize your giving to leave a lasting impact in a manner that is consistent with your charitable goals and financial situation. There are many options including gifts that cost you nothing now, gifts that make an impact now, gifts that provide financial benefits to you, and more. With careful planning, you’ll be able to establish a meaningful legacy that provides affordable homeownership for neighbors in need for years to come. We can help you plan your personal legacy in a way that is right for you. Our Development Team can answer your questions on gifts donated over time and can assist you in choosing a gift option.
