Safety Policy: Our Drivers reserve the right to refuse any donation if there is any risk to their safety, risk to dangerous property, or if items don't meet our guidelines.

I confirm that the items I am donating are in resale condition and meet all requirements for donation. I also understand that drivers have the right to refuse donations.

Submission of this request form does not guarantee a pickup. Items will be examined at the appointment to determine if they meet our criteria for resale. Completing this form is the first step to donating your items. We will be in touch as soon as possible.

Please note that safety is our #1 priority, and that also extends to your personal property. Our on-site team reserves the right to refuse any donation. If they identify it as a safety risk or due to the condition, we will not be able to accept your donation. If your home has pets or is a smoking household, we may not be able to accept your donation. Thank you for your understanding and support.
