What to Expect Next:

The Initial Review: Our Logistics Coordinator (who works Wednesday – Saturday) will review your request and respond within 2-4 business days.

The Payment Link: That response will include a link to pay the $25 operational fee.

Finalizing Your Date: Once your payment is processed, we will reach out shortly thereafter to finalize your pickup date. Please note that your pickup cannot be scheduled until the fee is settled.
If you were unable to attach photos, have questions, or need to add information to your submission, you may respond to the initial confirmation email.
Support Our Mission
While the operational fee helps cover the baseline costs of keeping our trucks on the road, the need in our community continues to grow. Please consider making an additional gift to help offset the rising costs of our fleet maintenance so that we may continue to offer this donation pickup service. Your extra support ensures we can continue building strength and stability through shelter in Chester County.
