Get ready for the ultimate summer celebration! Our fourth annual Hops for Homes Beer Festival is back and better than ever on June 14th, 2025. Join us for a day of great brews, delicious bites, and community fun—all in support of affordable homeownership in Chester County.
This year, we have an exciting new location for the event: the Chester County Art Association, located at 100 N Bradford Avenue, West Chester, PA 19382. Last year, we had 20+ incredible breweries, cideries, wineries, and distilleries. This year’s festival will be an unforgettable experience for beer lovers and supporters alike.
More Than Just a Festival—It’s a Community Celebration
Hops for Homes is about more than great beer—it’s about coming together as a community to make a difference. Every dollar raised supports Habitat for Humanity of Chester County’s mission to provide safe, affordable housing for local families.

“I had the pleasure of attending Habitat for Humanity's third annual Hops for Homes Beer Festival! This was the perfect way to learn more about all HFH does and have so much fun while doing it. This summer fundraiser brought together the community, local breweries, wineries, cideries, distilleries, food trucks, musicians, and vendors. I highly recommend you try to attend this event in the future. It was so worth it. Let’s continue to support and spread the word about the amazing work Habitat for Humanity does!”

Be the Change—Support Affordable Housing
Attending and sponsoring events such as Hops for Homes benefits the community by helping us invest in affordable housing. For example, $1 invested in a Habitat home generates $10 in the local economy. Affordable housing, otherwise known as Workforce housing, creates a ripple effect—helping families build wealth, strengthening schools, supporting local businesses, and making our entire community thrive.

All of us at Habitat know these are uncertain times, and affordable housing is a critical need for Chester County. Today's housing landscape demands creativity, collaboration, and bold action. We are working with for-profit builders, developers, private property owners, and the county to maximize every dollar we can to build as many homes as possible in the next couple of years. We need the community to invest in us to make this possible.
You have the power to make a difference. Choosing to purchase a ticket to our events, sponsor our events, donate and shop at our ReStore, and volunteer on our job sites is what we need to continue building, transforming, and changing lives and communities from surviving to thriving. Every action helps us fulfill our mission.
Join us on June 14th for an unforgettable day of beer, community, and impact. Let’s raise a glass and build a brighter future together!
